Premium plans
The 7-day pass and Premium are prepaid, for a week, a month, or a year, and don't renew automatically. If you buy more while your plan is still active, the time is added on. When it ends, you can still use the free features, and your CV isn't affected.
Refunds
If you've paid but Premium wasn't activated, contact us with your order code to have it activated or refunded. If you haven't used any Premium feature, you can request a refund within 7 days of payment.
CV designs
The CV designs on CoralCV are our own work. You can use the designs your plan includes for your own CV, and download it as often as you like. You may not copy, recreate, sell, or share a design, in whole or in part, including by screenshotting it or asking an AI tool to rebuild it. Previews and pictures of paid designs carry a CoralCV mark.
AI and your data
When you use the AI assistant, your CV's content is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, whose servers may be outside your country, but not your full name, phone number, email, address, or photo. AI can be wrong, so you need to read your CV again before you send it. Your CV is stored in your browser. We only store your account and payment history.
